Mechanics and restorers wanted!
The BROKIDS support program stands for repair workshops with integrated shops that specialize in children's items. Used and defective children's items are cleaned, repaired, and prepared for sale—partly in the shop and partly on online platforms—by children and young people. You accompany the children and young people in this process, imparting your skills.
The support program aims to broaden young people's career prospects and improve their chances of finding an apprenticeship.
You will assist the workshop manager in the repair area and supervise two 11- to 14-year-old participants with their repair tasks.
You enjoy finding and implementing feasible and cost-effective solutions for repairing discarded or donated children's items.
You either have many years of experience in the field of mechanics and repair and/or repairing and the sustainable use of resources is both a hobby and a passion of yours.
Workload and details to be agreed upon. We look forward to hearing from you!
